At VersePaw, we want both you and your cat to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

VersePaw Fountains — 30-Day Happy-Cat Guarantee

We stand behind our fountains with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you or your cat aren't happy with your VersePaw fountain, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. To be eligible, please reach out to us at support@versepaw.com with your order number and we'll walk you through the next steps. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is processed.

PureFlow Filters

Because filters are a hygiene product, the following applies:

  • Unopened filter packs may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
  • Opened or used filter packs cannot be returned or refunded, for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • If your filters arrive damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right with a replacement.

Filter Subscriptions

Your subscription is flexible and commitment-free. You can skip, pause, or cancel anytime from your account before your next order ships. Once a subscription order has shipped, it follows the filter return terms above. To manage your subscription, log in to your account or contact us at support@versepaw.com.

How to start a return

Email us at support@versepaw.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond with instructions. 

Refund timing

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
